Jiit Connect uses the same login credentials used in WEBKIOSK
Try logging in from the main website https://webkiosk.jiit.ac.in/ for any errors
3. Are my Credentials Safe?
Yes, definitely all the data is stored on your phone itself and there is no chance of any leak
4. What is Thresh-hold attendance and how to use it
You can set you goal attendance say 90%. Now, if any of your attendance goes below 90% you will be notified via Notification
Also after setting the thresh-hold you can keep track of your attendance under "Detailed Attendance Activity"
Did you enter your Date of Birth correctly? If not then Login again if problem persists send us

6. My Time Table is not Visible
If you are in JIIT make sure you are logged in to your WIFI ( CyberRoam Portal ) because time-table is fetched from Dropbox servers (One Time)!
Also if this is beginning of your semester then please wait till any one of your faculty updates your attendance!
In short just wait !
If above criteria is met then go to settings and press "Reset Time Table".
If problem persist send us your Batch , Year and Institute
7. My Annapurna Menu is not updating
If you are on Android Marshmallow you will be asked first time for "Read Storage" please accept this permission . If problem persist send us Screen Shots under bug report center!
Again make sure you are logged in to your Wifi Network!
8. How to Delete or Shift Class in Time Table?
Tap and hold the class you want to shift ! A dialog box will appear .
If anything goes wrong just Tap on "Reset Time-Table" under settings!

Name, Enrollment ID, Last Password , Year , Branch, Institute, CGPA
Once you get your new password you can login to Jiit Connect App.
